Company Background

In 2010, Market Leader, Inc partnered with Ben Kinney to produce a powerful real estate designation with hands-on training and implementation for real estate agents to generate more traffic, more leads, and close more deals. This partnership resulted in the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD).

One of the things that distinguishes IMSD from other training programs is that our content is managed by top producing agent Ben Kinney, whose team closed over 500 transactions in 2011. IMSD doesn't teach internet theory. Instead, we provide members with field tested strategies that actually work including ad copy, scripts, dialogs, systems, and tools. If the techniques aren't working for Ben and his team of agents, they aren't included in our program.

In 2012, the operations for IMSD were moved from Market Leader to ActiveRain, one of the powerhouses in Market Leader's portfolio of companies. Merging IMSD and ActiveRain creates a network of over 220,000 real estate professionals who are passionate about learning, sharing, and empowering the real estate community.
