The Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD) is a proven training program that will help you grow your real estate business through effective internet lead generation. We take the guesswork out of online marketing with entertaining classes and assignments that help you generate more website traffic, capture more leads, and convert more leads into closings.

The IMSD content is split into three series of classes (Systems, Social, and Search) so our members can explore and engage with the content when they need it the most. Each series is loaded with live and on-demand classes, homework assignments, and downloadable resources. At the end of each class, you are guided towards implementing the strategies you just learned so your business gets results.

Systems

How Does the Training Work?

Through a series of live and on-demand webinars, homework assignments, and downloadable resources, we'll show you how to implement your own online marketing systems on a conservative budget. IMSD members get unlimited access to all of our classes during their one year membership.

IMSD offers 3-4 classes per month as live webinars for our members. Each class is one hour long. We record and archive every class knowing full well that life and work will get in the way of your training! Members can access those recordings 24/7 on our website.

After each class download the homework assignment so you can implement the strategies you learned. IMSD lessons focus on how technology will win you business and how to make the best use of your time and budget. Technical expertise is not required to be good at online marketing. If you are comfortable using Facebook on your computer or iPad, you should be just fine in our program.

The designation can take anywhere from 1-6 months to earn. Some students prefer to follow our live training schedule, while others find it more valuable to learn using our on-demand recordings. IMSD members self-certify their completion for all of our classes and homework assignments.
