IMSD respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our website only in ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at www.imsd.net.

Information Collection

User information is collected on our website via four main methods:

1. An opt-in form hosted by our email marketing provider that is used to manage an email subscriber list for sending newsletters and announcements to interested individuals.
2. An online form titled "Contact Us" that is automatically emailed to the appropriate department in our company so requests can be handled efficiently.
3. Our website logs information about visitors including IP addresses, date/time visited, referring website, length of stay, etc. so we can monitor the effectiveness of our website. No personal or identifiable information is collected during this process.
4. Online forms for course previews, web seminars, educational materials, and other downloads.
5. Member profile data that is collected to during registration and updated by our members when logged into their account.

Information Usage

Personal data volunteered on the website is not sold to any outside entity. IMSD uses the information to announce product releases, company news, and tradeshows that might be of interest to our constituents. On limited occasions, your contact information may be shared with one of our approved partners if we feel they have something of value to share with you.

The IMSD Agent Directory publishes the name, contact information, social media accounts, and photograph of current IMSD members. Our members have full control over the information that appears in their directory listing and may opt-out of the public directory at any time.

Individuals may opt-out of our communications at any time. To remove your name from our email list, please email support@imsd.net with the word "Unsubscribe" in the title.

IMSD links to other websites on the internet that we feel may be of interest to our users. The content and privacy policies on those sites are the responsibilities of their respective owners.
